The Green & Ethical Christmas Fayre is now in our SIXTH year! We hope you can join us on Saturday 3rd December 2016 to celebrate.DSC_3700

A wide arra##000012y of captivating stalls will provide the most discerning visitors with ethically sourced and environmentally friendly Christmas gifts, clothes, accessories, books, jewellery and artisan food all within the magnificent setting of the 18th-century church building and its historic grounds.

Father Christmas has agreed to spend the afternoon at the Fayre in his Green Grotto and has promised to provide an early gift for every child wanting to meet him — and visitors both young and old will be entertained by live music, delicious, wholesome hot food and delicious, warming winter Father Christmasdrinks.

Plus this year we will have a City Farm Nativity – animals from Vauxhall City Farm will be visiting complete with stable and costumes for you to wear for a special Christmas photo! Entrance included with your Fayre ticket.IMG_1743Small

Marion’s Christmas Larder will sell everything needed for any household to create a traditional, English Christmas at home, including jams, preserves, stuffing mixes, brandy butter and more.

And anyone attending can treat themselves to the delights of the cake stall, where a delectable spread of sweet cakes, biscuits and other treats will dent even the most ardent of pre-Christmas diets. If you can’t wait to get home, pick up your choice of treat and head to the Green Café where you can pick up a hot cup of tea or coffee and enjoy it straight away.

If you’re at the Fayre at lunchtime, drop into the Green Café for a bowl of organic homemade soup or a light lunch with a festive mince pie for afters.
